Vintage/Antique 14k Gold FUMSUP Touch Wood Movable Baby Doll Kewpie Fob Charm

This is for the deep track jewelry collector! 

An amulet given in Edwardian times and to men in WW1, this little baby had it all: a wooden head to knock on wood, a thumbs up, a four leaf clover on the fourhead, little wings so you could fly up to heaven and so on. This was the ultimate piece of good luck token given to those who needed it the most. You were supposed to keep this on you at all times when you needed the extra protection. 

Attached are ads in the local British paper from 1916 advertising this little guy. 

This is a highly collectible piece of history and one you do not want to miss. There are a lot of these in silver, but not a lot of them are in solid gold, and definitely not in this quality and condition.
