Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.) 

Your jewelry will be shipped using USPS, and will include a tracking number on your package, which will be sent to you the same day your order is waved goodbye to at the post office. We offer USPS First Class Mail, Priority & Priority Express options for both domestic and international shipments. 

International Shipping (outside the U.S)

International orders it is possible to select between a flat rate (delivered through USPS), USPS Priority Mail International, DHL Express and UPS Worldwide Saver. These packages typically take a couple of weeks to get to you from the first day of shipment, depending on your country's customs. 

All shipping methods Domestic as well as International will include insurance and a tracking number, which may only update tracking within the U.S.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control, such as if a package is lost by one of our carriers. 

We take every care to protect your products during transit. However, should any damage have occurred before you receive the products, please contact us. If the products have been damaged during transit, please return the jewelry and we will exchange the damaged pieces.

Please note, that in case of delivery outside The United States, you are obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. We are not responsible for understanding the customs and policies of your location, so if you have any questions with regards to the customs regulations in your specific country, please contact your local customs office.

Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you after delivery. 

We reserve the right to change the prices and are subject to any printing errors, sold items and price changes.
