Returns and Exchanges
All custom orders are final sales, which includes anything you have personalized with a letter or a name or a special design. These pieces cannot be returned.
But, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges on anything not customized by contacting us within four days of delivery, and post the order back to us within seven days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and if the jewelry is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be held responsible. Please note that we must be contacted within four days of delivery if a return is needed. We are not responsible for any damage or loss, or if the jewelry gets stolen while on its way back to us.
